We appreciate your interest in Sunside Travel, it is very important for us that you read our policies and terms carefully when making a reservation. Sunside Travel is committed to offering a personalized service, according to your needs and interests, therefore, the preparation of your trip programming involves a correct description of each itinerary, an order of the services selected and chosen according to your needs. in order to please you according to your requirements.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
- All reservation requests will be answered according to the demand within a period of 36 hours after receiving it. After receiving the reservation request, it will be processed and a notification of receipt is sent to the client.
- All reservations must be processed in advance of the client's arrival.
- You can make your payments through PayPal or Stripe both are safe and easy way to pay online. All you need is an email address to make your secure online payments using a debit card, credit card, bank account or PayPal balance by registering on your page www.paypal.com.
- For any reservation, before making your payment, check availability with the sales deparment. Once the availability is obtained, we proceed with the sending of confirmations, which will be sent via e-mail within 36 hours.
- As soon as payment is received and confirmed, vouchers are sent for the contracted service or services. The client must present these vouchers in each place in order to receive the contracted service.
- Reservations will be subject to availability at the time of processing your request and cannot be guaranteed until full payment has been received.
- The published prices are in dollars of the United States of America (USD) and must be paid in this currency. The prices of tours or vacation packages are per person and include the services indicated in the description.
- The prices of the hotels are per room with the meal plan indicated in each case.
Early Cancellation Penalty
- These are the cancellation conditions for the all the tourist services We offer
- The refund of the service will be applied according to the terms of the cancellation policies.
- There is no penalty if cancellations are made 15 days before arrival or events.
- 50% will be refunded, from 05 to 03 days before the arrival, reservations or event
- No refund will be made, from 03 to 0 days before the arrival, reservation or event.
- 24-hour notice is required to modify an appointment.
- Please note that clients who do not notify with at least 24 hours will be charged a 50% fee for missed appointments.
- Sunside Travel is not responsible for incidental expenses or items lost during your tour.
- In case of suffering an accident or illness, you must send us proof such as: Medical certificate and discharge, (Signed and Sealed).
- There will be no reimbursement for services not used voluntarily.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
- All reservations and cancellations must be received in advance and in writing by email info@sunsidetravel.com o There will be no reimbursement for services not used voluntarily.
- If cancellations are made on the same day of the tour or service purchased, the right to reschedule is lost.
- Cancellations made due to medical situations or illness in a period of less than 22 days must be supported by a Medical Certificate, in these special cases and medically endorsed, the client will be granted a refund of the money or a credit note for their all or, failing that, for the amount of the payment. Any penalty or rate adjustment that the Hotel or other tour operator charges Sunside travel at the time of return could be reduced to this amount.
- Sunside Travel is not responsible for paying any compensation when the services purchased cannot be provided due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, events such as wars, riots, strikes, natural disasters, terrorist acts, weather conditions or adverse situations beyond the control by Sunside Trave
- Luggage is the total responsibility of the client, regardless of the commercial value or of any other nature, Sunside Travel is not responsible for lost luggage or valuables.
- When visiting wild areas, national parks or other places of adventure in nature, it is assumed that the passenger is in good physical condition or made the necessary provisions for its development. The client personally assumes the inherent risks and dangers that may occur. Likewise, it assumes the financial consequences for medical services that may be incurred in the event of an accident, eventuality or fatality
- If the client has health problems, physical limitations of any kind or a specific diet, it is essential to let Sunside travel know at the time of booking.
PRIVACY POLICY
Sunside Travels will not disclose the Personal Information of its customers to third parties. All information received from clients will be used only to guarantee the reservations contracted with us.
